YJQ-W2A aviation crimp tool is compatible with the M22520/1-01 which is widely used for the crimping of wires and contacts in electronic connectors.

TH1A turret positioner is designed referred to MIL-C-22520/1-02. It contains three different specifications of the positioning core. Each core is corresponding to the different positioning turret colors (red, yellow, blue), rotate to the right color according to the different terminal specifications

DAK12B installing tool is designed according to MIL-C-81969/17-05 REV.B；It is suitable for installing MIL or parts of NON-MIL round contacts. There is a small slot on the end of the installing tool for easy removal and insertion of the contact.

Crimp Principal

The crimping tool adopts curve propulsion mechanism, its applied force transfers through four curves in the head cavity of the right plier handle to the four indenters. The four intenders do the centripetal linear motion, which makes its front-end teeth crimp the contact to complete the crimping process. The cycle controlled precision ratchet assures the consistency of impression and the crimping quality of wires and contacts.
